Real change
starts with us.

Mental health conversations shouldn't feel impossible. Especially with the people closest to us.

RISE is a youth-led organization working to reduce mental health stigma in North Houston through education, peer leadership, service, and community partnerships. We're building space for more open, supportive conversations, including in Chinese American families and communities.

Whether you're a leader, a listener, a doer, or a dreamer — there's room for you here.

Asking for help
is strength.

RISE shares awareness and educational resources, but we are not a counseling service or crisis-response organization. If you need support, you're not alone.
